We try to maintain a complete inventory of products ready to ship promptly. We cannot always anticipate best sellers.
If a product is out of stock, we will contact you and will give you our best estimate as to when we will have it back in stock. If the estimated availability of the item does not work for you, you will have the option of modifying or canceling your order.
In-stock items are shipped either on the same day or the next business day. As a general rule, items on back-order should be available to ship in one to three weeks.
All orders are shipped via USPS FIrst Class Mail.

Tracking information will be sent to you at the email address you provided when you placed your order, and you will be able to track your shipment.
Shipments are processed Monday through Friday at our facility in Wellesley, Massachusetts, during business hours. Orders placed on the weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
In the contiguous 48 states, delivery takes approximately 1 to 5 business days after shipping, depending on the proximity of the shipping address from our facility in Wellesley, Massachusetts.

Typically, Express Mail packages arrive on the next business day. However, USPS does not guarantee overnight to certain specific zip codes, which can arrive on the 2nd day.

Our shipping rates for APO boxes are the same as continental US addresses.
Delivery times can be much slower than in the continental US, up to 5 weeks for Standard Shipping, and up to 2½ weeks for Priority Mail depending on the country.

There is no additional charge for Saturday delivery.
Please check the address before placing an order. If correct shipping information is not supplied or packages are declared undeliverable to an address, the carrier will return the shipments to us, and new shipping charges will apply.
Any failure to deliver or late delivery should be reported to our customer service department as soon as possible. In order for your claim to be accepted, please notify us of it within a maximum of 17 calendar days from the date of confirmation of your order.
When you receive a delivery, be sure to check that your shipment is not damaged. Please inspect all cartons for visible damage and inform us immediately. If the box is obviously damaged or has been opened, you have the right to refuse the delivery.
If you are ordering a gift and would like a packing slip without price to be included in the box, instead of an invoice, please send us a message to let us know when you place your order.
For a $3.50 charge, our items can be packaged in elegant giftwrap in a theme matching the contents of the gift.
A handwritten gift note can be included as well containing the message you provide us when you place your order.
We are required by law to collect sales tax on both goods and shipping & handling charges on orders shipped to addresses in the state of Massachusetts.
When we ship your order via USPS, we will send you a confirmation email, which contains your tracking number. To track your packages, you may track it online by following the link on the email confirmation, or by visiting www.usps.com, or by calling USPS with the tracking number at 1-800-222-1811.
We insure all items against damage in shipping. Claims must be made to us within seven days of receiving the items. If there is visible damage to the carton, please save the packaging and contact our Customer Service immediately.
