1) When can you return or exchange a product?

All our products are 100% satisfaction guaranteed!
YOUR FRENCH GIFT LLC accepts returns for all products received at our store within 30 days from date of delivery with all the original packaging and in original condition.  We will exchange or provide a refund credit of the purchase price, ( unless otherwise noted on product page).
Clearance items and merchandise not in original condition are not returnable.
Special orders or customized items are not returnable.
If you received a damaged package or there is an order discrepancy, please contact our Customer Service team immediately.

2) How do you return a product?

Here’s what to do:

Contact us for a return authorization number.
Ensure the item is in new, unused and fabulous condition.
Pack it up carefully.

When you are responsible for return shipping, ship the item back using any shipping method.
Remember you‘ll have to send the package so that it is trackable and insured, with your own shipping method, within 30 days of delivery.
Don’t forget to write your name, return address and order on the outside with the Return Authorization Number  on the return shipping label.
Be sure to include completed instructions in your returned package, so we will know exactly what you want us to do.
All returns must be sent back accompanied by the receipt for the original order and the Return Authorization number. (For all online orders, your receipt can be printed by accessing your account online and opening the invoice for your order.)

3) Return shipping charges?

Unless otherwise authorized, the customer pays return shipping charges.
You should ship your package to the address of YOUR FRENCH GIFT LLC, 42 SHARON STREET, MALDEN, MA 02148, via a trackable, insured delivery method to protect against loss or damage.
YOUR FRENCH GIFT LLC is not responsible for loss or damage on return items.


4) Return Policy

Authorized returns may be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit.
Refunds are processed in the manner in which the original payment was made.
Delivery charges cannot be refunded, unless your merchandise arrived defective or damaged.
We will not accept a return without a Return Authorization number, or after 10 days of issuing the RA#, or if we notice that the product is not in its original condition and packaging, or has been used.
If Your French Gift, LLC has offered free shipping on your order, you ‘ll receive a refund for the item minus a 15% restocking fee, (which covers our shipping, handling and processing costs).
